With this module being the bigger of the two i more appreciated the fact that it lasted the entire 12 weeks of the semester and not split with another project, because i feel it can get a bit too cluttered and a bit stressful at times when there is multiple. I can say that i was a fan of the overall idea when it came to making a product for university students as it gave me a better insight as to where some students might be struggling both with their desired work and also mentally.

Some of my favourite weekly lectures were the usability testing and the service design ones, but specifically the usability testing as i will be able to carry that forward into the likes of my placement role and final year of university, it helps on giving me confidence on completing my own tests for personal projects in the future.

For the main project of this module i designed a digital product called ‘OnTrack’. The idea behind it is to help ease the modern day pressure of all the work load that comes as being a university student. Some of the features in the app include time management, a planner and also somewhere for you to store any tasks that need to be completed for any of the users projects or assignments. I was overall really happy with how the app turned out and i am preety confident it will do well when it comes to the submission.

I thoroughly enjoyed this module as it came with lots of new learning strategies in the weekly lectures and working on my project helped me both as a designer but also with learning on how university students go about completing their work and how more beneficial the app can help with that.
