I instantly enjoyed this week as i was experimenting using typography on all different sizes of screens/frames.
in Class we were exploring some of the differences between the serif and sans serif typefaces,
with some of the more modern types of typefaces with them being, Helvetica, Futura and bodoni.
its always good to be ran through the differences of the two, especially when you are constantly working with the two of them throughout all of the in and out of class projects.
Figma Tasks
I spent time on some typography based figma projects in class, experimenting with some typefaces that fit the approach of the text that i was given.
Also using some colour that is appropriate for the text/paragraphs, in the first one i liked what i had came up with for the header font, as i was looking for something quite creepy to match the topic. I did the same with the second one buy having a modern more sci-fi looking font for the header as the topic was on robots and androids.
i was asked to do the same again but in a different sized frame, i was overall quite happy with how this one turned out, having the full width header image with the red heading i thought worked really well.
